Account opening, closing, or management

I recently signed up for a CitiGold account under the promotion that if I spent {$1000.00} using the included debit card, and completed XXXX bill payments, I would be rewarded with XXXX AAdvantage miles. I was told in a chat XX/XX/XXXX that I had completed the requirements, and would see my miles by XX/XX/XXXX. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and while they said they opened an investigation, they have been unresponsive regarding the reward.
