Account opening, closing, or management

I opened a PNC checking account ( performance select account number XXXX ) on XXXX XXXX 2016 in a local branch with a workplace promotion of {$400.00} new account bonus. I have completed all the requirements in XXXX 2016. I have contacted PNC for multiple times about this bonus and was told I met the requirements of receiving the bonus. For my last inquiry on XXXX XXXX 2016, I was told I would get it within 10 days. However, as of today, I still have not received it yet. I have no choice but to submit a complaint regarding this issue to CFPB and hoping PNC would fulfill the promotion.
