I received an email from a man called XXXX XXXX who works for a debt collection company called True Accord. True Accord is located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX.
The message claimed that I had purchased a product called XXXX from a company called XXXX XXXX, a skincare company.
I had no knowledge of XXXX or the product. ON searching the internet I found out that XXXX XXXX is a skin care company. I also discovered that the product I was supposed to have bought was a supplement designed to build muscles!
I absolutely refute that I purchased any product and especially XXXX called XXXX In XXXX years I have never failed to pay a debt and I have always paid on time. I am puzzled as to how XXXX XXXX came by my information and how it convinced True Accord that I owed them a debt.
