Deposits and withdrawals

I received a letter dated XXXX XXXX, 2016 ( the ” XXXX XXXX Letter ” ) from JP Morgan Chase Bank , NA ( ” Chase ” or ” the bank ” ). A scan of the XXXX XXXX Letter is enclosed herein as Exhibit # XXXX. I have had a checking account with Chase for over 15 years. On XXXX XXXX, 2016 I checked my balance by using the bank ‘s text message service. The text message response from the bank indicated balance of {$1700.00} in my account. A copy of the text message I received from the bank is enclosed under Exhibit # XXXX. On XXXX XXXX, 2016 I went in person to the bank ‘s branch in XXXX XXXX XXXX ( the ” XXXX branch ” ). The teller at XXXX branch informed that I have {$1700.00} in my account. A copy of the receipt the teller produced is enclosed as Exhibit # XXXX. On my request the teller withdrew {$1700.00} from my account. A copy of the receipt the teller produced after withdrawing {$1700.00} from my account showing the remaining balance of {$0.00} is marked Exhibit # XXXX. The XXXX XXXX Letter alleges that my account has been overdrawn. Evidence described above and presented herein demonstrates that my account has not been overdrawn. I disputed these allegation by sending the bank a letter via XXXX CERTIFIED MAIL No XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that included all Exhibits stated in this complaint ( the dispute letter ) and asked that the bank reimburses me for excessive fees the bank has charged my account for the allegedly overdraft. The bank has ignored my dispute letter and charged my account with numerous fees including allegedly Insufficient Funds and Extended Overdraft fees. My XXXX XXXX dispute letter clearly stated that I dispute these allegation and notified the bank that should the bank continue to charge my account with these unjust fees I will have no choice but exercising my legal options. XXXX XXXX XXXX, 2016 at about XXXX a bank representative made a harassing phone call to my cellular phone, demanded that I pay money to the bank, and threatened that the bank will report me to debt collectors and financial institutions.
