I got a bill amount of {$63.00} from XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/2015 for the internet services which is unpaid at this time.

Here is what happened – I took internet connection at my apartment with XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/2015. After installation, I started having problems with internet connection coming in and out.
I called up XXXX Customer Care multiple times and they created escalated tickets ( Number – XXXX ), work orders ( XXXX, XXXX ) and sent technicians XXXX times to my house but none of them were able to fix the issue.

I was also told by Customer Care that XXXX will credit {$20.00} for every technician visit if the issue is unresolved.

Bad internet connection affected my office work ( because I work from home ) and I was so much frustrated that I had to disconnect XXXX services in less than a month on XXXX/XXXX/2015.

Then, I got a bill from XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/2015 stating that {$63.00} is outstanding on my account.

I did n’t pay this amount because I feel as a consumer I did n’t get the services which XXXX promised to provide when the new connection was taken. I called up XXXX Customer Care multiple times to waive off charges on my account, but they did n’t bother to act on my concerns. Now, collection guys are threatening me to pay off balances otherwise it will be reported on my credit history.

I have never defaulted on my payments for loans, credit cards, utilities in the past and have a clean credit history. I feel I have been cheated by XXXX and need CFPB to help me with resolving this issue. Thank you for your consideration and support in advance!!
