On XXXX/XXXX/2016 I accidently sent a payment to M & T Bank to a closed loan ( XXXX ) from XXXX. This was my mistake. I called M & T Customer Service multiple times and was told it would be returned to XXXX XXXX Bank. It never was returned. On XXXX/XXXX/2016, I called M & T again and was told sorry the money was still at M & T. To speed things up they could put in a checking account at M & T within 48 hours. As of XXXX/XXXX/2016 I still do not have my money back, and they now refuse to tell me when I will have my money back.
