Using a debit or ATM card

On XX/XX/2017 my debit card was compromised with unauthorized charges. Bank of America notified me with a text alert. The card was immediately cancelled. However, on XX/XX/2017 they paid XXXX charges to the same ” hacker ” – totaling over {$400.00}. I spoke to the fraud claims dept on XX/XX/XXXX from the office of a local branch manager and they assured me that my money would be back in my account on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX. The funds still are not in my account. I have spoken to at least 8 different people and they are always in a different state and always a ” scripted ” answer!!
