My bank sends me spam that they claim is ” non-promotional ” email, even though it is clearly solely to promote their mobile banking product which I do not use and have no interest in using. The only apparent way to stop it is to revert to paper as I am already opted out of all marketing. NOT ACCEPTABLE. If they lie about this being ” non-promotional ”, what else are they lying about?
