I have not received an Interest Statement for XXXX from XXXX for account ending in # XXXX. After much trouble fromChase, I managed to close this account in XXXX this year.
However, it should have earned interest in XXXX, when it was stillactive, as well as for two months this year. After receiving the checkto close the account from XXXX XXXX XXXX, Vice-President for ChaseAcccount Services, I wrote her a letter, dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX, acknowledging receipt of the check and asking her to have theInterest Statement for XXXX sent to me. A month has passed, and Istill have not received the requested Interest Statement.
I received Interest Statements from all other financial institutionswith which Ihave transactions in the United States in XXXX thisyear, without having to send any reminders or special requests. Ihave no idea whether this is more incompetence on Chase ‘s part orharrassment for the complaints I sent about its failure orunwillingness to get my slight change in address straight from XXXX to XXXX XXXX.
In any case, I want the Interest Statement for XXXX sent to mepromptly. I also want Chase Bank to keep in mind that it willalso owe me a statement for XXXX, to be sent in XX/XX/XXXX.
