Account opening, closing, or management

Citibank has stolen {$15000.00}. On XXXX XXXX, 2017, I opened a new checking account at Citibank, and deposited over {$15000.00}. Citibank issued checks for me to write. I was able to login to my account and see my balance. However, a couple of days later, I could not access my account online, and Citibank refused to pay checks or online bill payments per my instructions. I have incurred late fees and my credit reputation has been damaged. I have contacted Citibank on XXXX separate occasions to address this issue. Citibank Customer Service told me that the account has ” a hold block ” on it. Each time I have been transferred to multiple people, none of whom can explain why the account is frozen, or do anything to release the ” freeze ” /’hold. ”
