The above options do not apply to my situation, so I just picked XXXX. Actually, they never call me! Which is part of the problem. In short, I try and make payments and they repeatedly send it back unpaid. I have successfully made XXXX payments since XX/XX/XXXX. They have now reported delinquent payments on my credit and are trying to force me into deferment. Making payments online does n’t work and paying by phone does n’t work now. I was told I need to call every month or sign up for automatic payment. I refuse to do automatic payments because I believe they are inept to handle it. I ‘m never allowed to speak to a supervisor and they will not take care of the delinquency on my credit unless I agree to defer. Is there anything I can do?
