Portfolio Recovery have a credit card debt that I had started to pay back in good faith ; arrangements had been made for an automatic withdrawal starting XXXX 2015. I was forced to discontinue payments from XXXX 2015 after losing my job, which they cancelled the payments, but since then they continually call at a bare minimum of 8 day intervals, and normally call every two days, even knowing I no longer have the ability to pay. Every time I tell them nothing has changed since the last time they have called, the response is always : ” Well, our computer automatically dials it. ” I want an immediate end to this harassment, I want them to be forced to discharge this debt if they continue harassing me! Different numbers come up on my caller ID, but the XXXX prefix is most prevalent.
