On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I was advised to check my credit score because it was way low so I checked my credit report to discover that there ‘s a collection account showing opened XXXX XXXX, XXXX and reported on XXXX XXXX, XXXX from Williams Fudge Inc. for {$4000.00}. I have not received any formal letter or a courtesy phone call from this company. My address and telephone number is still the same. I ‘ve had many issues in the past with this company and others about this particular debt that keeps reoccurring on my credit report. I have already sent XXXX letters to Williams Fudge Inc. back in XXXX XXXX & XXXX XXXX ( certified mail receipt ) regarding this same exact debt letting the company know that I do not owe this debt. The negative information was removed off my credit report back then. In XXXX XXXX another company placed the exact same debt on my credit without notifying me. It was later removed. And here we are yet again in XXXX XXXX this debt is back on my credit report with another so called owner/collector. Ridiculous!! This is a horrible pattern with companies not notifying individuals & placing things on your credit, not providing legitimate validation but expect consumers to pay. I have asked several other agencies that are buying/selling/trading this particular debt to validate this debt. NO collection agency can provide to me a copy of a loan agreement, contract or promise to pay. For an agency to just keep putting negative/inaccurate debt on people ‘s credit report is wrong. At this point I feel like I am being harassed. I am asking for this to be removed once again from my credit report immediately.
