I called Convergent Outsourcing INC ( XXXX Wa XXXX ) about XXXX different potential negatives showing up on my XXXX report. The dates were XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX & XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. When I called I was transferred to 4 different people asking for help because nobody could pull up the information for me. The last one was ridiculously rude. All she would tell me was to call XXXX. I asked for a XXXX phone number and some sort of reference number. She said ” I ca n’t do anything for you CALL XXXX! ” then hung up. I had called XXXX last year when we refinanced our house and this was suppose to be taken care of and was not. XXXX apologized at the time for somebody else in their system that was clearly not me using my SS #. Now I have credit agencies that are allowed to ding my credit with NO PROOF I did anything wrong and NO PROOF they even tried to contact me to resolve it. How is this our credit rating system?? Companies can just go around reporting negatives against me with no proof, and it costs me hours of time to fix and they have no accountability to give me info to resolve it? Seriously??? Somebody needs to follow up on this Convergent Outsourcing Inc . They are terrible. The other company I found reporting potential negatives on my report was XXXX ( XXXX, FLXXXX XXXX ). They put information on my credit report XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I called them and they would give me absolutely no information. Asked me for my SS # and name and phone number and said they would remove the info. So again somebody is free to just post information on my SS #? Nobody contacted me what so ever about this unpaid bill that is now lingering on my report. This is beyond ridiculous. I have a credit score in the XXXX and pay all my bills on time. There is no recourse for me to get back all the time I have wasted defending my credit, but these companies are free to post whatever with no proof of me doing anything wrong. We need this fixed ASAP!
