Cont’d attempts collect debt not owed

In XXXX I played XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I signed up for a membership there to use the facility aside from tennis and changed my mind.
Within XXXX hours of signing the contract I brought in a letter expressing my desire to void the contract as I would not be using it as I was no longer going to be playing XXXX at the end of the season. The clerk, XXXX I believe his name was, took the letter and attached it to the contract.
Here it is XX/XX/XXXX, and I am placed in a collection agency and apparently they were told the contract was signed XX/XX/XXXX. This is absolutely false, the agency does not have a copy of the contract which one representative told me she did and they refuse to verify it.
They call several times a day and tell me I need to email them a dispute but have yet to give me the address to send my dispute.
This is adversely effecting my credit file and I need it to be fixed immediately!
