Deposits and withdrawals

On XXXX XXXX, 2016, I notified BB & T Bank to put a stop payment on a recurring payment to XXXX. I found out that XXXX XXXX XXXX is operating their business without a license as a payday loan lender under ” XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ”. I notified the bank of the fraudulent behavior and requested that a stop payment on any further transactions. I spoke to XXXX or XXXX representatives/managers trying to explain the situation and it appeared they had a difficult time understanding what I was requesting or knew how to deal with it. I requested a very simple ” stop payment ” transaction ; which all banks know what this is. It was my understanding after speaking to the last manager that the situation would be dealt with appropriately.

On XXXX XXXX, 2016 I saw that XXXX XXXX XXXX received {$270.00} dollars from my account and the bank had approved the withdrawal of the funds even after I had put the stop payment on all further transactions from XXXX XXXX XXXX. What justifies this type of behavior? Is the bank part and parcel to the fraud? What else can be done on my part to make BB & T aware that a fraudulent malicious situation is being enhanced? BB & T is now a part of the fraud. Something needs to be done as soon as possible.
On the month of XXXX 2016 I was put out of my living quarters because of a malfunction that the bank committed. I use the transfer feature to transfer funds from my account to my landlords account to pay my rent. Somehow there was a mixed up and the funds were withdrawn from my landlord ‘s account. Due to the funds not being deposited in to her account, I received an email stating there were insufficient funds available on XXXX XXXX 2016. I immediately contacted the bank and requested that the transaction to be reversed. Multiple representative ‘s stated that the error was fixed and that I have nothing to worry about. Days later I received the same email, and again I called BB & T to request that the transaction to either be cancelled or reversed. I was told again that I have nothing to worry about. The next day my landlord reached out to me and questioned as to why her account was charged {$700.00} dollars. I attempted to contact BB & T the next business day and I was told that it would take up to three business days for my money to be refunded. At this point I was notified by my landlord that I have three days to vacate the premises.

During the month of XXXX 2016, I noticed that my account was negative and I had accumulated a lot of overdraft fees. After further investigating and figuring out the problem, I noticed that XXXX XXXX charged my account for auto insurance on a date that I did not agree to. I notified BB & T that I did not authorized them to charge my account and I wanted the overdraft fees reversed and my money return to my account. It took days of telephone calls and discussions, back and forth, excuses, misunderstanding, misinterpreting of bank policy and me being put in all type of strenuous financial situations ( gas, food and necessary living items ). I was at the mercy of a financial collapse due to the bank inability to handle a simple situation professionally. It caused me great financial difficulties.
