I am a Rushcard victim who has not been able to access my money for eight days. Rushcard did a system upgrade with a glitch in it causing thousands to be without their money. In my case they put my direct deposit on expired Rushcards instead of the new cards I have been using since XXXX 2015. I have emailed, called just to be hung up on, spoken with different Customer Service Reps just to be told different things. When you call they act like they do n’t know how to help you or they are just plain rude. People ca n’t pay bills, ca n’t feed their kids, ca n’t make it to work, has lost jobs behind XXXX XXXX Rushcard. We trusted him to protect our money who is going to protect us from him. Please help
