In XXXX XXXX, my mother and I closed on a refinance on her property. Since then a lot has changed. The mortgage was sold to TruHome without any notification to either mother or myself. There was also a Hardship Application we could file in case of hard times. Now TruHome is refusing to follow through with the Hardship and wanting to scam or steal the property my mother has lived in for over 50 years. They say I now do n’t have anything to do with it and my loss of employment will not count on the Hardship Application. The person I talked to on XXXX XXXX, XXXX stated they just received the Hardship Application when I have proof in print that the paperwork was received by that same office on or before XXXX XXXX, XXXX. It is clear that they are lying and are clearing trying to take the property for no reason but for their own profit with no regard to the XXXX XXXX XXXX woman in not good health on the street.
