This is just a follow-up on the complain I submitted XXXX XXXX with case # XXXX. I have contacted Macy ‘s executive office after CFPB contacted them. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX of Macy ‘s executive office send me a letter saying after their further investigation, they located the payments that were made using my checking account. Her letter also indicated that the amount {$380.00} will be refunded back to my checking account and allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. ( that was XXXX ) Her letter indicated a wrong account number ( account ending in XXXX ). Since the incident, I have closed my Checking Account. My account number is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, account # XXXX. After a few phone calls ( leaving messages all the time ) I finally talked to her and gave her the correct account number. That was XXXX XXXX. Maybe with your help, XXXX will finally resolve this problem. XXXX XXXX phone at XXXX is XXXX Extension XXXX. Thank you so much.
