in XXXX 2015 i bought an item from amazon, {$19.00} and it was charged to my account run by synchrony bank, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, fla XXXX ( bank ) -i got the bill from bank on XXXX/XXXX/15 and paid it by entering my bank account #, and routing # -on XXXX/XXXX/15 got letter from bank saying my payment had been returned by my bank-a lie as my bank ( XXXX ) never heard of it-i at once called bank at XXXX and spoke to aromas who told me they had made an error in input and verified my XXXX routing # and account # to have the {$19.00} paid from my account XXXX gave me confirmation # XXXX-the amount was paid and withdrawn from my XXXX account on XXXX/XXXX/15 yet on XXXX/XXXX/15 i get another letter from bank saying my account was closed for return payments -i called bank and spoke to XXXX-who said she would take care of problem, but nothing she could do about reinstating my account or removing bad report from the XXXX credit bureaus — help me!
