Hi, My name is XXXX XXXX and this debt of {$30.00} was a medical co-pay from XXXX / XXXX when I had back surgeries. I was never notified and have no clue when this collection agency has put this derogatory remark on my credit report. When I called them, they tried to multiply the {$30.00} co-pay that was paid by a entire year and said I now owe {$360.00} and that ‘s what they wanted. I ‘ve never been without medical insurance and never had a problem in the past with a co-pay, but they are impossible to speak with, rude, foul and unreasonable. I ‘ve asked them several times to please validate the dept and that they ca n’t do! Can you help at all, there was a link from creditkarma to your web site? Here is a copy and paste of the derogatory remark, which destroys my credit report. It ‘s not reported to XXXX or XXXX , only reported with XXXX .
